Computing and Freedom

CIn accordance with Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (as amended by Law 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data) relating to computers, files and freedoms, this site has been the subject of a declaration to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL).

The collection and processing of e-mail addresses in our database is strictly in accordance with the rules set out in the reference text NS-48 entitled “Customer-prospect files”, and the latest European GDPR. No personal data is transferred to an organization (subsidiary, parent company, service provider, etc.) located in a country outside the European Union.

Nityam Light does not collect any personal information about you. However, the Google Analytics tool is automatically collected and anonymous information about the use of our site, your IP address, your browser, your access time, etc.

Intellectual property

Nityam is the exclusive owner of intellectual property rights in the structure and content of the Nityam Light site worldwide.

All content on the Nityam Light site including but not limited to text and presentation graphics and their formatting are the exclusive property of CNS CORPORATION.

Nityam Light grants the user the right to reproduce all or part of the content of the site for storage for display on a single screen and reproduction, in one copy, for backup or print on paper. This right is granted in the context of a strictly personal, private and non-collective use, any networking, rebroadcasting or total or partial marketing of this content, to third parties, in any form whatsoever, being strictly prohibited.

The reference language for settling potential disputes is French.
